CIVIL FILINGS: The Yurok Tribal Court accepts FILINGS. There are no filing fees at this point. Parties are responsible for their own service of the complaint and responses, including proof of service filed with the Yurok Tribal Court. Parties may pick up Yurok Tribe Civil Forms, use the downloadable Civil Form on the website or State of California Judicial Forms. TO CLAIM AN UNIDENTIFIED NET: Claimants must contact the Yurok Tribal Court to claim a seized unidentified net. A court date will be set and claimants must attend the court session to claim the net. Charges may be assigned with the claiming of a seized net. Failure to claim the net will result in the net being forfeited to the Yurok Tribe and sold at auction.
